Real projects we've shipped.
A custom dental clinic storefront that focuses on high-touch patient comfort, online appointment booking, and anxiety-free dentistry.
An experimental portfolio — 3D visuals, custom cursor, magnetic buttons, scroll-driven animations. Where the craft gets pushed before client work.

Demo Shopify storefront for a boutique hotel in Laguna — rooms, local experiences, mobile checkout that holds up.
MVP landing page for Wowee — social commerce with community discovery on top of mobile-first checkout.
My own digital resume — clean UI, one-click ATS-friendly PDF export, hosted on Vercel. Same craft we apply to client work.

Honest Assessment: We only take on projects where we see clear, direct value for your business. If a custom build is overkill for your current stage, we will tell you straight.
Focus on Utility: We build with clean utility in mind. Every project focuses on the core drivers of a digital storefront: conversion, speed, clean search indexing, and simple day-to-day operations.
Post-Launch Commitment: If your storefront experiences issues or needs adjustments post-launch, we will stay with you to refine and support it until it is performing exactly as you need.

FAQ
Templates start at ₱2.5K and ship with a walkthrough video, credit toward a Discover call, a 7-day refund, and 30 days of email support. Customization packages run ₱15-30K. Custom builds start at ₱15K and use Discover (₱5-10K, fixed-price) as the entry — you keep the roadmap whether you continue or not. Care retainers run ₱5-15K/month, optional. Every quote is fixed-price, never hourly.
A template is a ready-made Shopify storefront you buy off the shelf — ₱2.5-5K, walkthrough included, live within hours of purchase. A custom build is a storefront we make from scratch for your business through Honest Assessment → Focus on Utility → Post-Launch Commitment — ₱15-50K, scope-defined, backed by our workmanship promise. Templates work when your business fits one of our existing design ranges (Heritage / Modern / Coastal). Custom builds work when it doesn't, or when the operations go beyond what a template can carry.
We'll tell you. Hindi natin kailangan yan. We'd rather you keep ₱40,000 in your pocket than build something that won't pay its way. That's what the Discover call is for — a one-week diagnostic where we say no to scope you don't need, before any money goes into a build.
No — we're not graphic designers, and pretending to be would be off-brand. JD Workshop does web design, e-commerce storefronts, and conversion copy using AI-generated, stock, or client-provided assets. If you need a logo or full brand identity package, we'll refer you to people who do that well.
Yes. We're based in San Pablo, Laguna, and we work with Filipino-owned businesses across the Philippines and overseas — in the US, Canada, Australia, the UAE, the UK, and Singapore. We work async, with scheduled video syncs in your timezone. Pricing is PHP-anchored but we'll quote USD or your local currency on request.
You get a 30-day handoff period included with every build — we stay on call while you settle in. After that, it's your choice: keep the code and run it yourself (you own the repo either way), or hire us on a Care retainer for monthly maintenance, quarterly re-diagnosis, and small fixes as the storefront ages. Month-to-month, no lock-in.
Yes — they're different on purpose. The form is for serious inquiries when you want a structured written reply within 24 hours (usually becomes a Discover-call booking). The DM is for quick chats when you're not sure yet — "is this even something you do?", "would you take a look at my Shopify and tell me if it's worth fixing?" No quote, no pressure.
